Role Description:

The Commercial Operations Team is looking to add a resource to help support the growth in scope and activities of the Commercial/Sales Team.  In this role you will support the Commercial Team’s overall day to day activities including data management, client due diligence responses, account mapping.

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate a history of both self-directed project work as well as being a collaborative team member. The ability to work on a wide range of topics and deal with a diverse group of internal and external customers will be critical in this role.  Finally attention to detail and a drive to achieve goals in a timely manner are required here.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards for key sales metrics, providing insights to enhance decision-making.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain and manage our User Community Directory in partnership with Customer Success Team 
  • Own and manage the Request for Information (RFI) Due Diligence (DD) process. Including offering support to sales managers in navigating the process and ensuring adherence to established procedures.
  • Manage Due Diligence Management Tools (Loopio or similar tools) to streamline and improve the efficiency of the RFI response process.
  • Continuously assess and enhance the RFI DD process for optimization and effectiveness.
  • Provide support for lead generation initiatives, working closely with the sales teams.
  • Support Account Managers with appointment bookings, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination between sales representatives and potential clients.
  • Conduct thorough account profiling, gathering and analyzing data to understand client needs and preferences.
  • Create and maintain organizational maps for key accounts

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in a Sales support role
  • Understanding of SaaS SW businesses and Financial Services business
  • Proficient with Excel and SalesForce
  • Exposure to Business Analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
