We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales and Services Support Agent to join our team in Budapest, Hungary. As a vital member of our Global Sales & Services Support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless order processing and exceptional customer service. 

The job

• Process orders accurately and efficiently based on PDF Purchase Orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Generate and issue quotations for prospective customers, providing pricing information and product details as needed.
• Coordinate and organize product returns, facilitating the return process from initiation to resolution while maintaining open communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with sales representatives and other teams to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely assistance throughout the sales cycle.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices within the sales and services department.

You:

• Have internship or working student experience in sales support, customer service, or related roles 
• Have strong attention to detail and ability to accurately process orders and quotations.
• Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English (other languages are a plus - German, French, Spanish, Italian).
• Have an ability to tackle a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Are able to adapt to new requirements as we streamline processes.
• Have a positive attitude and a team player mentality
• You are customer focused
