In your role as a Sales Trainer - Sales Skills and Process, you will be responsible for the delivery of sales skills and process enablement programs for our sales teams in our international regions (outside DACH). The programs will address both existing and new sales development representatives and sellers in the GTM Sales organisation and will focus on developing key selling skill competencies. This role reports to the Manager, Sales Enablement.

Your tasks and responsibilities
  • Deliver sales skills and sales process focused enablement to the international sales teams both in new hire onboarding and continued development settings

  • Collaborate with the sales methodology and process focused enablement team members to take on program design, development, delivery and measurement of sales skills and process focused enablement programs

  • Participate in new hire certification programs to assess sales skills competencies

  • Take ownership of scheduling, communicating, following up and measuring programs that you deliver

  • Contribute to content library in HighSpot to ensure sellers have the right information at their fingertips when managing deals through the sales cycle

  • Develop, deploy, and manage sales certification programs in collaboration with the program lead 

  • Leverage and enable second-line managers as agents of enablement and change

  • Partner with stakeholders in the business to gather feedback on programs delivered and continuously improve training offered

  • Stay informed about cutting-edge tools and technology that may be used to improve sales leader productivity

  • Where required, manage external vendors and suppliers of enablement-related training, services, and tools for your area of responsibility

  • Support global initiatives where needed

What you need to succeed

  • 2 plus years of sales/sales training/B2B sales management/sales enablement experience

  • Experience delivering enablement in live virtual and face to face session

  • Experience building on-demand learning 

  • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, customer engagement process in B2B SaaS and qualification approaches such as MEDDICC 

  • Highly organised with program management skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Direct sales experience or customer-facing experience a plus 

  • Experience in creating and/or implementing sales skills enablement programs a plus

  • Experience working with knowledge management solutions such as HighSpot and learning management systems a plus

  • Experience using sales tool stack (Salesforce.com, HighSpot, Groove, ect)

  • Adult learning background a plus

  • Familiar with Personio and our product/ solution offering as well as our key competitors

  • Fluency in English
