✅The Team & Role:

We are looking for a Senior Associate - Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources team in India. Someone who has the zeal for providing a great experience to candidates and our internal customers.

You will be part of a global team that hires cross the US, UK, Europe, India and China.

You will contribute in maintaining strong hiring manager relationships, providing expert guidance on recruitment best practices, and ensuring the success of hiring initiatives. 

 

 

✅What this job involves:

  • Play a central role in building a varied and robust talent pipeline by working closely with the business function across levels & locations. Manage the full recruitment life cycle i.e. from job post to on-boarding. 
  • Develop innovative and effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates. Creatively source, engage and evaluate top-tier talent, building diverse pipelines.
  • Build and nurture positive relationships with talents to promote satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor advert responses daily, ensuring suitable candidates are sent to hiring managers as per defined timelines. Ensure candidates are kept up to date through phone calls, emails and automations in the ATS
  • Build continuous future talent pipeline for key roles through competition & Industry mapping. Providing insights to hiring managers regarding market conditions and competitor analysis.
  • Promote and drive inclusive focused & diverse recruiting practices and methodologies.
  • Work on other recruiting projects as needed while collaborating with the immediate & broader team.
  • Maintain data at all time (ATS & Excel) & share weekly report as required 

 

 

 

✅What you need to have:

  • 2+ years of end to end recruiting experience 
  • Strong Interpersonal and communication skills, stakeholder management, relationship building and collaboration. 
  • Showcase the ability to think outside the box and be innovative. Have the ability and proactive attitude to be a change agent.
  • Highly competent in the use of job boards to create projects and source candidates for live roles and the pipeline using a variety of sourcing technique.
  • Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward.
  • Proactive, comfortable and ability to thrive in an ambiguous, high growth, fast paced environment.
  • Analytically minded, using data to drive decisions with excellent attention to details.
  • Experience using a variety of ATS’ (we use Teamtailor)
