Senior Business Intelligence Analyst - Customer Care (m/f/x)
As a Senior BI Analyst, you will be joining an international, cross-functional team who are constantly improving the way we manage our customer care processes. As part of your responsibilities, you will focus on different aspects of our customer care support, interact with stakeholders across different continents to solve their problems by leveraging the latest technology and collaborating with a team of like-minded, driven and talented data professionals.

What you’ll do- Leverage your analytical skills to understand business problems and translate them into concrete initiatives that can be tackled through data
- Collaborate with data analysts, data engineers, and business executives to develop robust and scalable solutions
- Own and manage analytics projects, ensuring they are reaching milestones, proactively escalating and resolving any risks or blockers
- Deliver your results with professional communications, using the appropriate channels and formats depending on the audience of stakeholders in all levels
- Mentor junior analysts in their development of project management, stakeholder management, and technical skills
- Craft our strategy for evolving our data products to support the customer care team
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Sciences, or a similar field
- You have industry experience in a reporting, BI, data analysis, or similar position with an operations focus. Customer care experience is a big plus.
- You have worked with SQL, Python, and a BI tool to visualize data sets. Tableau experience is a plus
- You are able to understand business topics and translate them into analytical initiatives (from requirements creation until insights delivery)
- You have highly effective and excellent project management skills with the ability to participate and lead high-profile projects.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills with both business and technical stakeholders
- You are proactive, autonomous, curious, and data-driven
