LogicMonitor is seeking a driven Sr. Director, Technical Sales for our AI team—an extraordinary opportunity to help shape a market-leading product, expand into new markets, and contribute to an award-winning culture. As a key leader, you will be instrumental in building, managing, and scaling a high-performing go-to-market team, driving the continued proliferation of our AI solutions.Here's a closer look at this key role:
- Manage and Scale Sales: Lead global AIOps sellers with overlay responsibility, meeting and exceeding pipeline and revenue targets through both new business and account expansion.
- Value-Based Selling: Equip AEs to land deals with AI-only offerings, focusing on high-level conversations and C-Suite presentations to capture large enterprise opportunities.
- Technical Advisory: Serve as a senior technical advisor for strategic accounts, running high-quality AI pilots, proofs of value, and ensuring technical wins.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to shape go-to-market strategies for AIOps within the LM Envision Platform.
- Sales Enablement: Oversee AIOps demos, business value assessments, RFP responses, and technical objection handling, while driving the creation of reference architectures and other technical content.
- Operational Excellence: Manage sales operations and reporting to maintain accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts, providing feedback to Product and Engineering on market trends, competitive insights, and customer needs.
- Pipeline Generation: Support business development teams by offering competitive positioning, strategy guidance, and technical expertise to bolster sales pipeline creation.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, application technology, or a comparable field
- 10+ years successfully leading high-performing technology sales teams in fast-growing environments.
- Experience in selling Enterprise Software for large F1000 companies
- Proven expertise in AIOps, observability, monitoring, cloud technologies, and selling AI products, including running AI pilots.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-pressure setting, managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines with strong critical thinking and influencing skills.

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. LogicMonitor employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval. The Base Salary range for this role is:$207,000—$225,000 USD
