What you’ll do

• Assist in the preparation and review of international tax returns and financial statements
• Assist with the quarterly and annual international tax provision and forecast
• Assist in the preparation and review of annual transfer pricing reports and quarterly billings
• Ensure timely and accurate filings to minimize assessments and penalties by maintaining the tax calendar
• Research and document conclusions for international tax transactions
• Preparing tax reconciliations and associated journal entries
• Assist in special projects including but not limited to: US tax reform, BEPS 2.0 planning, Country by Country reporting, creating company tax policies and foreign tax incentives

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance or related field
• Minimum 3 years related experience at a public accounting firm and/or corporate tax department of a multinational company
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
• Tax technical understanding of and experience with tax accounting and financial statement structure
• Organizational skills with attention to details
• Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively internally as well as with external service providers

Preferred

• Masters in Tax or Accounting
• Certified Public Accountant
• Both public accounting and technology industry experience
• Experience with Netsuite, SAP and/or Blackline
