About the job

As the Senior Marketing Operations Manager for APJ, you will be responsible for ensuring marketing operational excellence in our diverse and expanding APJ market. Your role involves influencing, developing, and executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and automation processes tailored to the unique demands of the APJ region. Your contributions are critical to flawless marketing initiative execution while maintaining uptime, data integrity, compliance, analytics, and alignment with global marketing objectives.

Responsibilities: 

Serve as the in-region SME on Twilio’s tech stack; owning, enabling and optimizing marketing technology - from lead creation to conversion and analytics.Lead APJ-specific marketing campaigns operations work; acting as a cross-functional liaison, aligning campaigns against regional dynamics and advocating for the regional perspective with global campaign initiatives.Oversee regional data management and segmentation efforts to support targeted marketing campaigns and personalized audience experiences while ensuring compliance with Global data protection regulations.Monitor and analyze regional marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Leverage your Marketo Certification to maximize the capabilities and process efficiencies of the tech stack, driving lead capture, nurtures, and customer engagement. Stay informed about regional market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging marketing technologies. Cultivate meaningful change where necessary while continuously educating global stakeholders. contracts related to campaign operations tools and services.

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or related roles.Proven expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns across various channels, including digital, sms, email, and events.Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Twilio Engage) and CRM systems (SFDC). Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams.Strategic thinker with the ability to translate high-level objectives into actionable campaign plans.

Desired:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and build effective working relationships with all levels of the organization.
  • Relevant certifications such as Marketo Certified Expert are advantageous.
