Senior Paid Social Analyst, B2B

What we do in traffic acquisition:
We are a world class performance marketing team that focuses on managing large scale marketing campaigns across all areas of travel. Paid Social is a crucial channel in our portfolio, and is ripe for disruption and tremendous growth, especially as we scale our B2B efforts. We experiment, scale, and optimize world-wide initiatives, working closely with analytics, product, engineering, and design.
What you’ll do:
This person will report into the Marketing Manager overseeing Paid Social, Display, and Video channels. This involves the creation and day-to-day account management of B2B marketing campaigns, the improvement of those campaigns through audience and creative optimization, and reporting results to key stakeholders across multiple teams. The role will also have a specific focus on lead generation in support of growing our self-serve platform for hotel and restaurant owners, Tripadvisor for Business, as well as establishing Tripadvisor as a thought leader in the travel industry.
The key areas of responsibility include:

Create and operate global paid social campaigns: creative coordination, audience definition, bid monitoring, day-to-day optimizations.

Run data analysis and identify opportunities for optimizing at various stages of the funnel (CTR, CVR, ROAS). Drive testing strategies.

Work closely with the design team to develop and optimize new creatives on an ongoing basis.

Build strong relationships with partners and continuously grow relationships and identify ways to generate growth for the business.

Set performance goals for each partner initiative and work towards meeting these goals.

Identify a campaign plan for top partners, focusing efforts on the items that will yield the greatest return on investment while at scale.

Collaborate with internal functional teams to maximize channel performance (this includes product, design, engineering and analytics).

Provide updates on campaign performance to the Director of Performance Marketing and wider traffic acquisition team.

Forecast quarterly and track partner pacing on a weekly basis.
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone who’s analytical, proactive, strategic, not afraid to speak up, and who’s ready to take the lead on our paid social efforts for our growing businesses.
Marketing Requirements:

A minimum of 4 years experience with advertising on social platforms especially LinkedIn and Meta.

Experience in lead generation campaigns supporting large scale sales efforts across SMBs and enterprise level accounts.

Experience working with various, cross-functional, internal and external groups to deliver meaningful results on time and on budget with limited direction.

Able to reprioritize projects to meet business demands and changing marketing focuses.

Strong knowledge of and affinity for emerging trends in social media, tracking and performance marketing.
Organizational and Time Management Requirements:

Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple projects at a given time.

Strong data analytics experience.

Proven track record of obtaining results from resources that are not directly on the team.

Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and perform a wide variety of tasks over the course of the workday.

Proven success in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a hands-on, roll-up-the-sleeves approach.

Proven analytical and strategic thinking skills.

High self-motivation with a sense of urgency, strong project management skills.

Strong proficiency in Excel.

Experience with Display and CTV preferred but not required.

Bachelor’s degree required.
The salary range for this role is $85,000 to $125,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. An employee’s pay position within the wage range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. This compensation range may also be modified in the future.
