The team you’ll be joining

Setting-up at the end of 2019, the Global Procurement Team goal is to secure and optimize all Doctolib’s purchases. Currently the organization - 9 people - is still under construction with defining and implementing of strategies, methodology, processes, governance, tools (P2P SAP+Ariba) and KPI. As Doctolib evolves fast, the team is looking for a Procurement Lead Partner, under the responsibility of this team’s manager. 

What you’ll do

As part of an outstanding, human-sized, growing-up team you will be in charge of defining and leading some efficient purchase/vendor strategies to bring value to our Doctobuyers from the Marketing teams (B2B, B2C, Brand & Communication) but also Tech & Security teams (Saas, Iaas). For this hybrid position you will also be acting as Procurement Process & Tools business owner in order to support Procurement manager for the continuous improvement of the Procurement function (efficiency, productivity and scalability.

We are seeking an entrepreneur, curious, action-oriented, service/pedagogue-oriented, collaborative, organized, and knowing procurement professional with a taste for keeping structuring and deploying a global procurement organization in France, Germany, Italy and more tomorrow.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Role 1: Purchases & Strategy

  • Act as a Procurement referrer on your business/category scope
  • Help Doctobuyers to be procurement policy compliant/sensitive
  • Analyze spend and vendors to identify optimizations and saving initiatives
  • Manage key topics (strategic renewals, new contracts, RFx)
  • Define and implement pragmatic strategies (purchase category/preferred vendor)
  • Process daily Purchase Requisitions in our ERP Finance (SAP4)
  • Update Procurement repositories and reporting (activity follow-up, contracts base, savings…)
  • Follow KPIs on your scope to propose improvements
  • Be an innovative idea provider to collectively help improving the Procurement service and bring Doctobuyers more value

Role 2: Procurement Projects

  • Propose and implement new/needed processes, methodologies to optimize and make more performant the Procurement function (best practices, policy, daily routines, governance…)
  • Lead the Procurement tool projects as product owner (Design, UAT, Training, Change, Support, Communication) in coordination with IT Team 
Who you are
  • You have at least 5-6 years of experience as a Procurement partner (global buyer, lead buyer, country buyer, sourcing leader...), ideally within a global company or a high-growth company especially in Tech
  • You have confirmed experiences in both operational tasks (P2P process…) and strategic approach (category / vendor strategy, SRM...)
  • You have very good experience in Tech / Cloud / Marketing Digital / Data Providers / Social Networks but you have some experiences among other type of purchases
  • You have experience in GDPR regulation to take into account when needed
  • You are used to negotiate in animation and collaboration with several internal stakeholders (Legal, Privacy, Security, Compliance…)
  • You are used to work in an international environment and are able to think global / act local
  • You master GWorkspace tools especially GSheet and Slides
  • You are fluent in French and in English, Italian could be a plus
  • You love innovation and fast-moving environments
