Teads is looking for a Senior Sales Performance Manager to join the team in Madrid. 

Your primary focus will be to promote our unique and innovative product offering for middle and low funnel in the Spanish market.Key Responsibilities

  • Be the performance product “owner” and evangelizer for the Spanish market
  • Advise and be the primary point of contact for the Spanish Sales Team for our mid and lower funnel offering
  • Work closely with the Global Team to be up to date on product development and new offerings
  • Work closely with the central team on opportunities within our existing client base and also with potential new ones
  • Share field intelligence and previous experience to central teams to improve and grow our offering
  • Proactively work with the local sales teams to look for new client opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Account Management team to effectively manage client expectations, ensure successful campaign management and create upsell opportunities.
  • Present QBRs at local and global level/ Analyze campaign performances, issues and optimization opportunities to go for

Experience / Background

  • Prior digital media experience of minimum 5 years in ad tech platforms, advertiser or agencies
  • Deep knowledge of Performance advertising (middle and low funnel)
  • C-level network and contact within clients & agencies in the Spanish market
  • Own client’s portfolio within key advertisers in the industry
  • Understanding of the video Outstream USP and opportunity for performance clients
  • Strong new business and new product sales skills
  • Desire to work in a changing, fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Driven, passionate, and an ultimate team player
  • Creative thinker and always looking for new ways to achieve aims
  • Client facing experience, confident and articulate
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities and ability to work without supervision
