Senior Sales Strategy Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Sales Strategy Manager to drive go-to-market strategy and project management globally. This role will report to the VP Sales Excellence.

Similarweb’s digital intelligence solutions serve thousands of customers across many different industries and use cases around the world, and we haven’t even scraped the barrel of our total addressable market. As a Sales Strategy Manager, you will help leadership define the go-to-market strategy in the region, and lead execution by managing various projects cross functionally, helping set up the customer-facing teams for success.
So, what will you be doing all day?
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets. Analyze market trends, benchmarks and best practices, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
- Work with leadership to define account expansion and net new business strategies, identify operational gaps and opportunities, suggest solutions and prioritize initiatives
- Partner with marketing, product, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Lead operational excellence initiatives to improve Ways of Working, build and implement playbooks and manage essential cross-functional routines within the GTM organization
- Partner with GTM leadership and management to organize and deliver internal projects, initiatives and events
- Serve as an internal thought leader on the topic of sales excellence and actively contribute to the organization's definition of best practices
- Map skills gaps amongst the GTM team and develop an approach to strengthen expertise in those areas
- Own and lead the global agenda and excellence programs for the region.
We are looking for someone who is:
- A strategic expert with 8+ years of strategic consulting, sales and/or business development experience, at least 2 of which in a top tier management consulting firm or strategy department and 2 in B2B SaaS sales
- The skills and ability to drive strategy and implementation end to end - from analysis and design, to execution, measurement and iteration
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills, ability to work with senior leaders and lead sessions / discussions
- Proactive, self-starter who can excel in a fast-paced, highly demanding, and fluid environment
- Excellent problem solver with a passion and high acumen for content design and delivery
- A clear and accurate communicator (both verbal and written), as well as an engaging presenter exhibiting excellent interpersonal skills.
- Enablement, sales ops, or sales excellence experience - bonus
This position requires close partnership and feedback loop with our GTM field team, and will be required to arrive at our Tel Aviv (Givatayim) office 3+ times a week.
