We are looking for reinforcement for our Software Architecture Team as soon as possible. A variety of exciting challenges await you: 

• Strategical integration of generative AI, specifically ChatGPT, into the software development process with regards to software architecture.
• Crafting advanced prompts for AI to generate high-quality software architectures and solutions. Explore how much automation is possible, based on requirements.
• Leading and mentoring software architecture and development teams in AI-driven software development approaches.
• Review of developed code with regards to adherence to software architecture design and coding best-practices.

In order to successfully fill this demanding position, you will have several years of professional experience as a Software Architect including LLM experience.

You also have the following skills and characteristics: 

• Extensive experience in software architecture and design patterns.
• Profound knowledge and experience in software development, with focus on Python, Java and object oriented development.
• Multiple years of experience in software architecture creation and reviewing software architectures.
• Exceptional analytical and technical skills.

AI-Specific Skills:

• Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts in the context of LLMs.
• Expertise in translating complex business and technical needs into effective prompts for LLMs.
• Strong ability to evaluate and integrate AI-generated solutions into existing systems.

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in a role as a Software Architect.

Education and Certification:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are a plus

Languages:

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. 
• Additional languages – especially German – are a plus.
