Job Description:

Huge is looking for an energetic, creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to join our Marketing team at an exciting time of transition. In this role, you will manage all aspects of social media campaigns, from conception and design to development and implementation. 

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop the social media strategy with creative content and campaign ideas tailored to each social media channel that supports our marketing and growth plan
  • Content creation and curation, including visuals, written posts and videos, tailored to each platform  
  • Collaborate closely with creative teams, craft teams and the wider marketing team to create content and campaigns that drive demand generation
  • Define KPIs for social media campaigns, measure and report on performance and optimize for success
  • Lead social engagement cross-platform with our clients, the wider community and our followers
  • Leading and managing the social media calendar as part of the wider marketing team calendar 
  • Communicate the strategy and execution of all social activity effectively to internal stakeholders including senior management

What We'd Like to See:

  • 3+ years of experience managing social campaigns with some B2B experience
  • Experience in a digital agency or consulting environment would be a bonus but it’s more important for us that you have experience with great brands whatever the sector
  • Demonstrated experience in driving engagement and community growth 
  • Strong understanding of paid social and organic content and their roles in the marketing mix 
  • Creative flair and exceptional analytical skills to interpret data, derive insights and drive data-driven decision-making
  • Exceptional written and visual communication skills and an ability to craft content that tells a story voice and connects with the intended audience
  • A natural relationship-builder, able to influence and inspire the wider team
  • Solid cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to build consensus among teams
  • Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Discord, Pinterest, with a passion for evaluating and using cutting edge technologies and platforms
