The Syncron Solution Consulting team is a highly skilled and passionate group of professionals dedicated to helping clients maximize their aftermarket service potential. This team combines deep industry knowledge with strategic acumen to deliver customized, data-driven solutions that drive efficiency and profitability.

About the role

As the Solution Consulting Director, you will be a key partner to the GEO Leader (Head of Sales) for the Americas region. The GEO Leader will look to this role as a key partner in all aspects of Go-To-Market planning, sales execution, team development, etc according to our mid-term as well as collaborating to establish customer relationships on all levels to elevate Syncron to a strategic partner choice for future customers.

What would you do?
  • Direct supervisory responsibility for 5-8 Solution Consultants & the hiring of new team members 
  • Determine with the geo leader the optimal approach to execute on short-term and long-term opportunities in the market for Syncron
  • Influence product roadmap working with Product Management on key feature gaps or potential future unique differentiator features. Engage in strategic roadmap discussions to guide Product Management
  • Solution value and technical leadership and general coaching for Solution Consultants
  • Fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning within the team
  • Represent solution consulting in forecast calls within region and to CSO/COO Sales
Who you are? / What we expect:
  • Minimum 5-7 years SaaS Solution Consulting experience
  • Team leadership experience
  • Proven expertise in one of the following software solution areas: Inventory Planning, Pricing, Warranty Management, Field Service Management
  • Strong planning & organisation skills 
  • Proven track record within value-based selling 
Icing on the cake
    • Experience working within aftermarket sales
    • Experience in AI/ML
