Join our dynamic global team as a Senior HR Generalist, where you'll play a pivotal role in leading regional people practices for our diverse workforce across Europe. You'll oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle ensuring alignment with our company's values and goals. What You’ll Be Spending Your Time On

• Provide HR support to employees and managers across multiple locations, serving as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and guidance.
• Act as a trusted HR partner to regional stakeholders, providing expert guidance and support on a wide range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and compliance.
• Collaborate with global HR teams to implement and execute HR programs, policies, and procedures in alignment with global standards.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, including but not limited to diversity and inclusion programs, employee recognition, and wellness initiatives, to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance improvement plans, in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and policies, recommending and implementing enhancements to streamline operations and enhance the employee experience.
• Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations in the UK, Ireland, Germany, and other European countries, providing guidance and ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements. · In collaboration with internal payroll coordinators, oversee domestic payroll services in the UK, Ireland, Germany; ensure a strong partnership with external providers across Europe.
• Participate in global HR projects and initiatives as required, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices and process improvements. · Support relocation initiatives across Europe.
• Serve as a role model for our company values, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence in all interactions.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive HR information and employee matters.

Does this sound like you?

• CIPD qualified with proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner, preferably in a multinational organisation with exposure to European markets.
• Strong knowledge of UK and German employment laws, regulations and social security system; familiarity with Irish employment laws is a bonus.
• Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and HR compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics to drive insights and recommendations.
• Proactive approach with a focus on problem-solving, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is required; German language skills would be a strong advantage.
