HelloFresh is seeking a dynamic and driven Sr. Specialist, Direct Sales Operations to support our in-person, Direct Sales channel. This role offers an incredible opportunity for a passionate marketer to make a significant impact on HelloFresh’s growth in North America with a focus on expanding and launching Direct Sales in the US Market. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Direct Sales, you will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, ensuring seamless execution of our field marketing campaigns on the back-end, creating and optimizing reporting structures, and managing relationships with agency partners. You will:
- Contribute to the achievement of ambitious customer acquisition goals through our door-to-door sales, in-person activations, and event based marketing.
- Assist in overseeing a network of brand ambassadors across multiple US territories, ensuring they remain motivated and aligned with HelloFresh’s brand values.
- Support the management of vendor and agency partnerships to optimize campaign execution.
- Step in as needed to assist with campaign execution, providing hands-on support to ensure successful outcomes.
- Manage essential operational tasks, including voucher creation, invoicing, and cost tracking, to maintain campaign efficiency.
- Work alongside analytical thinkers to track, analyze, and present campaign performance insights that drive future decision-making.
- Support the creation, on-boarding, and expansion of new sales training tools, programs, and presentations.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitors, continuously identifying new opportunities and fresh ideas to propel business growth.
- Augment and optimize our sales and administrative processes leveraging Generative AI tools to grow our reach and sales.
What You’ll Bring
- Required: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas)
- Preferred: Experience writing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
- 1-2 years of marketing analytics experience or relevant education; experience in sales or event management is a bonus.
- Ability to report on sales data in a written format for leadership review including identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- A collaborative mindset that energizes and motivates those around you.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to plan and execute efficiently.
- A natural curiosity for analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to pivot and problem-solve effectively.
- Experience using GenAi to create streamlined processes that can support sales teams.
- Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, or similar CRM and BI tools is a plus.
