The Role: How you'll make an impact at Personio

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

• Support Procurement Processes: Assist in the execution of procurement processes, including, vendor management, and contract negotiations but be responsible for your own smaller procurement projects.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized procurement documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier information.

• Communication: Collaborate with internal teams to understand their procurement needs and provide timely updates on procurement activities.

• Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issues that may arise.

• Cost Analysis: Assist in analyzing costs, negotiating terms, and identifying cost-saving opportunities in procurement processes.

• Compliance & Supply Chain Act: Support in compliance projects around the German Supply Chain Act.

• Contract Support: Assist in the preparation, review, and management of contracts and agreements with suppliers.

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

• You are in your Bachelor studies (at least third semester) in the fields of Business, Economics, Management or related fields.

• Ideally you have first experience in Procurement or in the SaaS field.

• You are a Tech Savvy: Familiarity with procurement software and tools, or a willingness to learn.

• You are Fluent in English, German is a nice to have.

• You have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in maintaining documentation.

Salary:

• Working Students: 20 hours per week; Bachelor 16€ per hour, Masters 17€ per hour
• Interns: 40 hours per week; 2,100€ per month
