This entails online booking, digital unit management, customer onboarding, digital access for doors and gates and much more. And the best thing: the new venture is already fully funded so you can start right away finding and building the right solutions where the holding network brings in the first customer and input from the market.

• You work closely with the management of ivy and assist them with their daily tasks
• Take responsibility for procurement processes
• Become a reliable contact person in finance & accounting and optimize various business processes using modern tools
• Organize our logistics and establish end-to-end processes to make our hardware product rollouts a success
• Huge impact on customer experience by owning fulfillment processes and shipping to third-party stakeholders in rollouts

• Interest in finance & accounting, (in-)direct procurement and fulfillment
• First experience with logistics or finance & accounting is a plus
• Interest in IoT products is a plus
• A very structured, analytical work approach
• Ability to effectively prioritize various tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ideally, you have worked in a highly-dynamic startup environment
