Then this is your chance to gain experience in a fast-growing & well-funded scale up in its rapid growth.To support Personio on this journey and fuel our growth, we are seeking Strategy & Business Operations Working Students (d/f/m) who help the upper management implement company-wide projects and achieve goals in various departments.Working Student Positions: Data Business Development (Start flexible, Munich): Support the COO Office Business Lead and VP of Data, taking over operational tasks, such as:
- Assisting the Data leadership team by creating presentation slides and communication materials. This involves managing an internal Data Newsletter, generating Data Updates for presentation during Personio's Weekly All Team meetings, and help in developing slides and reports that facilitate decision-making.
- Planning and organizing recurring data-related events and meetings, such as Weekly All-Hands sessions and leadership meetings.
- Supporting the Data leadership in the execution of various priorities, such as OKRs and further ongoing projects.
- Assist in creating reports/presentations for internal and external audiences.
- Prepare ad-hoc analysis and develop perspectives on internal and external issues
- Aid in executing cross-functional strategic projects
- Collaborate closely with CRO Office, GTM Leadership, and other vital departments.
- Assist the GTM Strategy and Operations team in sales territory management including the definition of effective territories and implementation in Salesforce as well as continuous reporting to evaluate the current setup.
- Carry out market potential analyses concerning volume, attractiveness, etc.
- Support sales accelerating initiatives by generating ideas, operationalisation, reporting and monitoring.
We are looking for a working student who lives a strong hands-on mentality and is eager to tackle various tasks to support the development and execution of our company's strategic initiatives.Hard Skills:
- Currently pursuing a university degree in a related field (Business, Strategy, Innovation, Entrepreneurship)
- You have already gained some practical experience through internships in fast-paced, demanding environments like management consulting, big tech or startups
- You have experience in creating concise presentations in Microsoft Powerpoint or Google Slides
- English is required, as we are a European company
- You bring an independent and self-reliant work style with a strong hands-on mentality
- You demonstrate excellent people skills, including networking and team-orientation
- Showcase a strategic mindset, including problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative abilities, as well as curiosity and a desire to learn more
- Display the ability to collaborate in a team environment and effectively communicate with people at all levels of an organization.
