We are looking to add a Fixed-Term, Part-Time Talent Acquisition & People Team Coordinator to be one of the faces of our People team and help support the recruiting function at 1stDibs. This role is critical in helping support our People initiatives, providing great internal and external support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement. You will be an integral member of our People team, which strives to create a work environment where people are challenged to grow and develop their talents; feel a sense of belonging; and are surrounded by other high-performing, interesting colleagues.  

As a People Team Coordinator, you will be crucial in assisting with the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and internal stakeholders alike.

This role will be 20 hours per week, 4 or 5 days per week. This is a 3 months fixed-term contract role.

What you’ll do

  • You will coordinate recruitment activities by scheduling and coordinating interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities, ensuring a seamless process for all parties involved.
  • You will act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely and relevant information about the recruitment process, interview logistics, and company culture.
  • You will assist in drafting compelling job postings and ensure their timely distribution on various job boards and other relevant channels.
  • You will support Internal Communications, Learning Development, and People Ops based on the needs of the business/teams

What you’ll bring

  • You have 2+ years of HR, recruiting, or administrative experience, preferably in tech
  • You have 1+ years of experience in Greenhouse
  • You have experience managing multiple calendars both internally and externally
  • You have proven experience in roles that require discretion and tact
  • You have a mastery of Google suite
