Talent Acquisition Apprentice

Prosek Partners is seeking a recent college graduate to join its HR Development Program. As a member of the HR team, this person will gain hands-on experience by supporting the Talent Acquisition function on a variety of initiatives including but not limited to recruiting, reporting and research.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Talent Acquisition team by scheduling candidate interviews and collecting post-interview feedback
• Provide a "white glove" interview experience for candidates by serving as a point of contact to candidates throughout the interview process
• Support the recruitment reporting process by maintaining various trackers and managing candidate profiles via Greenhouse, our applicant tracking system
• Work closely with the HR team to provide administrative support on a variety of initiatives including but not limited to:
  • Launching background checks and guiding new hires throughout the screening process
  • Managing the firm's PTO tracking system
  • Overseeing and tracking new hire onboarding paperwork
  • Keeping HR records and folders up to date and organized
  • Completing ad hoc research requests and administrative deliverables

Requirements

• Completed BS / BA degree
• Interest in Talent Acquisition as a career path
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Team player with a "no job too small" attitude

NYC Salary: $17.00/hour
