Location Qualifications: This position is available for Hybrid working. You will be based in Showpad’s Ghent, London or Wroclaw offices. Candidates must be able to work from the office ideally 2 days a week.
Position Overview:
Showpad’s Talent Acquisition team is a global team of TA professionals, based in EMEA and the US, who partner closely with business stakeholders to understand their talent needs, develop sourcing strategies and own hiring processes end-to-end. In light of Showpad’s continued growth, TA is an essential team and recruitment is high up on the agenda.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are a business partner and subject matter expert in recruitment. You strive to identify and attract the best talent available in the market. Together with your TA colleagues, you will help to build a proactive, repeatable, and predictable sourcing engine that fills candidate pipelines with consistency. You reflect and advise on selection process improvements and overall optimisations of our TA motion.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end responsible for recruiting processes including sourcing through various channels, qualifying candidates through resume screening and first interviews, guiding candidates through the interview process and negotiating/closing offers
- Own the candidate experience. Collaborate with Hiring Managers, the People Operations and Onboarding team to deliver a high quality and holistic candidate experience
- Understand and act accordingly to our compensation philosophy, different types of contracts, benefits and other compensation related topics
- Creatively promote the Showpad brand via social and professional networks to potential candidates as well as collaborate with marketing on innovating our employment brand
- Actively contribute to Talent Acquisition and People projects to continuously improve our internal processes and technology efficiency.
- Commit to keeping our recruitment data clean (e.g. we work with Greenhouse ATS and Workday HRIS)
- Track and analyze relevant recruitment metrics to hold yourself and the team accountable for delivering against targets
- Commit to continuous learning and innovation
Required Skills & Experience
- Some experience in recruitment (sourcing, building a diverse pipeline and hiring across various team and geographies). Can be in-house or agency background
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to work independently
- A data-driven and structured approach to hiring
- A strong work ethic and drive to develop yourself
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- A growth mindset and comfort with ambiguity. Ability to shift tasks when priorities change and approach challenges with a result-oriented mindset
