About the Team 

The recruiting team at Cardlytics plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization's growth and success. The team is responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent across various functional areas. We work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their talent needs and devise effective recruitment strategies. Our team leverages innovative sourcing techniques, conducts comprehensive candidate evaluations, and ensures a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process. About the Position 

Reports to: Recruiting Team Lead 

Location: USA Remote, ideally EST or CST time zone 

 

The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role throughout the hiring process at Cardlytics. You will support the Talent Acquisition team with interview scheduling and coordination for a variety of positions and interview types. You will interact with employees at all levels of the organization including Executives and leaders throughout the company. You will contribute to the overall success of the Recruiting team by providing an exceptional level of service throughout the hiring process and ensuring a positive candidate experience. In addition, you will partner with the TA Leadership Team to evolve our Talent Acquisition Operations roadmap. You will have the opportunity to participate in, and potentially lead, initiatives such as managing and optimizing Workday Recruiting (our ATS), developing stakeholder communication templates, reporting and analytics, and employer branding. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage high-volume coordination of candidate interviews, ensuring a positive and organized candidate experience from initial contact to final interview stages. 
  • Schedule candidate interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and provide timely updates to all parties involved in the recruitment process. 
  • Facilitate post-interview debrief sessions, ensuring that hiring teams are aligned on candidate evaluations and next steps. 
  • Open and maintain job postings in our Applicant Tracking System, keeping all job listings accurate and up to date. 
  • Manage the contractor hiring process, including contract generation, onboarding, and offboarding procedures. 
  • Work diligently within tight 24-hour SLAs to meet recruitment goals and timelines. 
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a white glove service. 
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, executive business partners and cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. 

 

Minimum Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of experience as a recruitment coordinator or in HR administration. 
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 
  • High attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • A commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience developing recruiting reports and dashboards and producing actionable insights.
  • Workday Recruiting experience is highly desirable.
