We are on a steep growth curve and are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Rockstar in Portugal to join our expanding team. As a vital member of our People & Culture Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the heart of our company – our people! Are you passionate about creating an exceptional candidate experience? Your Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify, engage, and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to meet the hiring needs of the company.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within our organization.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to enhancing our employer brand by being champions of our mission and showcasing our company culture and values to potential candidates.
  • Compliance: Continuously stay informed about employment laws and regulations in Europe to ensure all hiring practices are in compliance.
  • Process Enhancement: Constantly evaluate and optimize talent acquisition processes.

Your Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a real estate or proptech company
  • Experience recruiting in multiple European countries is a strong asset.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for seamless interaction with candidates across all levels. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a distributed team.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • A passion for proptech and a desire to contribute to our mission.
