The HR intern position is an exciting opportunity to join our Shanghai Talent Team and work closely with our office members. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can provide essential clerical and administrative support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • WeChat Operations Management:
    • Manage and update the company's WeChat official account.
    • Create and publish engaging content to enhance our online presence.
    • Monitor and respond to messages and inquiries on WeChat.
  • Data Analysis:
    • Collect and analyze HR-related data to support decision-making processes.
    • Prepare reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Conduct research and gather insights on market competitors.
  • Sourcing:
    • Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels.
    • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
    • Maintain and update the candidate database.

    What You Will Need:

    • Bachelor's degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field.
    • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
    • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and experience with Google Suite is a plus.
    • Quick learner with an analytical approach to problem-solving as part of a team.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
