The Challenge 

TheTalent Acquisition Partner will support Talent Acquisition activities across our multiple organizations in the company. This role is responsible for finding, engaging, and hiring the best talent for OneTrust across a diverse range of positions. Working in close partnership across the internal functions, the Senior Recruiter will play a key role acquiring new talent with a focus on regional strategy, operational effectiveness and recruitment best practices across the region.   

Your Mission 

The Talent Acquisition Partner has strong behavioral based interviewing experience and is well-versed with applicant tracking systems. You have strong proficiency with Microsoft Suite and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships through a dedicated focus on client service and delivery. You are a strategic thinker and have influencing and negotiation skills. This person has clear and effective written and verbal communication skills and is capable of writing Boolean strings from scratch or with minimal guidance. The Senior Recruiter has proven experience managing multiple searches through strong project management and prioritization skills and the ability to be responsive and effective in a fast-paced yet consensus-based culture and to articulate and understand the specific role requirements. This role involves proactive sourcing of candidates through all available internal and external channels and uses best practice process management and driving operational effectiveness.

You are able to quickly shift priorities to meet deadlines and to effectively communicate, both verbal and written, with all levels of the organization. You are meticulous and pride yourself with attention to detail and accuracy. You’re adaptable to change, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, highly organized and someone who loves learning about the latest software trends and technologies. 

Your experience includes: 

  • Bachelor's degree required   
  • 7+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience   
  • Experience in hiring talent from entry level to management preferred   
  • Must be able to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment and to interpret rules and guidelines flexibly to enhance the business and in keeping with OneTrust's values and culture
   
  • Prior experience in recruiting software developers and engineers, with knowledge of various technology stacks used in enterprise software companies  

For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.

Salary Range$109,500—$164,250 USDBenefits
