The Opportunity at Culture Amp
Our Talent Acquisition team is looking for our next Talent Experience Coordinator to join our team and fuel our ability to grow our employee base with exceptional Campers (that's what we call employees at Culture Amp)! The Talent Experience Coordinator will partner directly with our team of Talent Partners and our cross functional hiring leaders and interview teams to deliver efficient, equitable, and exceptional hiring processes.
This role must be based out of our San Francisco, CA hub and may be required to be in office to assist with in person interviews from time to time.
You will:
- Take ownership of the scheduling process, end to end, for our hiring needs
- Connect with our candidates and help them navigate the journey to join the company, ensuring an exceptional hiring experience for each of them
- Gain broad exposure across all parts of the company and work with leaders in every function
- Make our hiring processes more effective and efficient by partnering with the recruiters to update our ways of working
- Manage clear, concise, and professional communication with candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain data regulation and compliance by ensuring our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) is kept up to date
You have:
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills. Collaboration is key to all that we do and knowing this, you seek out and build relationships with people across the business and the globe.
- Great organization and follow-up skills. The ability to juggle multiple candidates and tasks and quickly tie up loose ends. Keep candidates updated on their progress and next steps, and be extremely responsive.
- Problem solving talents. You anticipate potential problems and create plans proactively. You also have the ability to remain flexible in the face of urgent challenges.
- Deep care about building a diverse and inclusive recruiting pipeline and work environment
- A track record of supporting multiple scheduling or customer needs at a time with a high level of accuracy; prior experience in Recruiting Coordination a bonus!

For this role, the estimated base salary range is listed below. The range is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual skills, capabilities and experience, objectively assessed during the interview process.
In addition to base salary, your compensation package will include additional components such as equity and benefits. For sales roles, your package may also include sales commission.
