Joining Collibra’s Talent Management team
  • The Talent Management and Development team (led by the Director, Talent Management and Development) focuses on leading global talent programs such as Performance Management, Manager and Leadership frameworks, Job Descriptions and Career Paths, Learning programs, etc.
  • The responsibility of the team is to create highly engaging talent programs that support Collibrians in their development and that allow managers to proactively solve business problems in a fast-paced environment, leading to higher performance, greater satisfaction and future-readiness.

Talent Management Specialists at Collibra are responsible for
  • Oversee the execution of Talent programs, processes, and initiatives, taking charge of project management, business support, and reporting.
  • Lead the Performance and Development Review cycle and ensure that job descriptions and career paths are kept up-to-date. Facilitate the creation and sharing of individual development plans and resources and contribute to the design and organization of learning programs.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Total Rewards, People Partners, People Operations, and other People functions to align on project plans, meet deadlines, and gather necessary information.
  • Create metrics, reporting, and dashboards, offering insightful data to support our programs, partners, and internal clients.
  • Lead the development and execution of our team's communication plan, driving active participation in our talent programs and ensuring that stakeholders are consistently well-informed. Employ effective strategies to deliver updates, milestones, and achievements. 
You have
  • 3-4 years of practical experience in a role demanding precise attention to detail, organizational efficiency, and strong project management skills.
  • A proven track record of adept project management, showcasing your ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. You are capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, adept at adapting to changing priorities seamlessly.
  • Expertise in developing comprehensive reports and dashboards. You are proficient in interpreting data to extract valuable insights, thereby enhancing the quality of talent programs.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required.

  • A clear verbal and written communicator with a strong level in English
  • A team player who likes collaborating and participating across the People team to contribute to initiatives as needed.
  • A champion for the customer, looking for ways to improve our processes and support so that our managers and stakeholders can focus on what’s most important
  • A lifelong learner, with a strong interest in Talent Management and Development in general (no former experience required)
  • Meticulous attention to detail and unwavering integrity, particularly when handling sensitive information.
  • A proactive problem-solver, swiftly identifying and addressing challenges with efficiency
Measures of success
  • Within your first 3 months, your focus will be on elevating our metrics, reports, and dashboards, ensuring accurate tracking of key performance indicators and milestones. Additionally, you will contribute to enhancing the overall quality of our programs through insightful analysis and recommendations.
  • Within your first 6 months, you will partner with the Director to roll out the mid-year Performance, Development and Rewards cycle.
  • Within your first 6 months you will take full ownership of the framework for job descriptions and career paths and ensure they are kept up to date as roles change across the organization.
Compensation for this role 

The standard base salary range for this position is $88,000 - $110,000 per year. This position is not eligible for additional commission-based compensation. Salary offers are based on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and location.

In addition to base salary, we offer equity ownership at every level, bonus potential, a Flex Fund monthly stipend, pension/401k plans, and more.
