What you’ll doYou’ll be partnering with the Talent team on ensuring that the talent machine is running as efficiently as possible. The work that you’ll do will ultimately drive candidate experience by enabling quicker response time as well as engaging across projects aimed at enhancing the team’s overall strategy. It's important to note that this position is initially offered as a contract role, with the potential to transition into a permanent position. Here are some insights into the role - 

  • 4+ years experience in recruiting or talent coordination, with exposure to a high volume of requisitions
  • Facilitate interview coordination across the globe as needed to ensure candidates and our interviewers have a seamless experience
  • Act as a liaison between candidates and the company for interview arrangements and ensure nothing is ever missed during the hiring process
  • Assisting the Talent Partners with pipeline management, being a second set of eyes to ensure every candidate is having a smooth interview journey 
  • Expert in using the Greenhouse ATS
  • Issue offers to candidates with 100% accuracy
  • Maintain impeccable communication with candidates during the end to end hiring process
  • Handle candidate information and uphold data integrity in Greenhouse 
  • Ensure Greenhouse is up to date with interviewer feedback, and ensure our interviewers are submitting their feedback in a timely manner
  • Attend regular business meetings with Talent Partners to aid in removing blockers, moving interview processes along swiftly
  • Participate and the lead the execution of  project-based initiatives aimed at advancing the overall strategy of the team
  • Experience with analyzing Greenhouse data to identify blockers or optimization of our process
  • Support the Talent Operations Lead and Head of Talent with special projects and additional support during busy periods
