✅The RoleAre you a strong, hands-on technical recruiter with a passion for finding the right talent and delivering exceptional results? We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. You’ll play a key role in driving recruitment success, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring we attract top talent quickly and effectively

✅Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop innovative and effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality technology candidates.
  • Interview scheduling 
  • Telephone screening candidates
  • Monitor advert responses daily, ensuring suitable candidates are sent to hiring managers ASAP
  • Build up talent pipelines for key roles.
  • Ensure candidates are kept up to date through phone calls, emails and automations in the ATS
  • Stay updated on industry trends and provide insights using LI Talent Insights to hiring managers regarding market conditions and competitor analysis.
  • Utilise data and analytics to measure and improve the effectiveness of recruitment strategies
  • Work on other recruiting projects as needed
  • Keep any excel sheets up to date
  • Offer management
  • Ensure candidates and hiring managers receive a first class experience

✅Essential

  • Previous experience in a hands on Technology Recruiter role
  • Startup experience
  • Excellent sourcing experience and a good understanding of identifying passive candidates
  • Highly competent in the use of LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights to create projects and source candidates for live roles and the pipeline.
  • Excellent communications skills (English and ideally French) – verbal and written
  • Ability to solve problems and think on your feet
  • Experience and confidence managing senior stakeholders
  • Ability to potentially look after a large volume of vacancies
  • Customer focussed
  • Analytically minded using data to drive decisions
  • Experience using a variety of ATS’ (we use Teamtailor)
  • Happy to take ownership of admin tasks i.e. arranging interviews through ATS
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work across different time zones when needed
