The role

The Internal Communications team at HelloFresh SE is looking for a dynamic, creative and flexible visual communicator. In this role, you will manage all visual communications for internal purposes.

  • Support the People Team by creating on-brand and easily digestible graphics that communicate complex information
  • Support international campaigns with visual content creation needed for their communication, events and initiatives.
  • Creating and providing on brand graphics, infographics, fliers, headers, posters, slides, both digital and printed.
  • Liaise with the creative services team regularly to ensure alignment of internal visual communications with external corporate brand identity.  
  • Creation of Newsletters with MailChimp 
  • Advise stakeholders on visual solutions, both existing and new
  • Manage internal comms visual platforms, such as screens signage (App Space).
Who we're looking for
  • You are a multi-talented individual with experience in: graphic design and visual communication. Basic knowledge of photography, videography, video editing, newsletter creation a plus
  • You are an experienced user of Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Adobe Illustrator, In Design and Photoshop. Premiere (or other video tools) is a plus
  • You care about clear communication of information via various tools and platforms, and you understand the difference between those platforms
  • You are both well organized and creative, meaning that you can put creative ideas into a structure and are able to switch between strategic and creative tasks quickly 
  • You impress through proactivity and your hands-on attitude
  • You are service oriented and are motivated by providing accessible communication via visuals
  • You are people-oriented and understand the impact of visuals on people
  • You care about consistency and alignment and have a good eye for detail
  • You are good with technology and are not afraid to learn new platforms.
