📣 A bit about the role.

As a Customer Love Welcome Care Team Member for Butternut Box, you will be delivering an exceptional brand moment to our new and returning customers through various channels day to day to improve customer loyalty and help them to understand our full proposition and products.

The aim of this role is to deliver moments of delight to our customers and this will be via various methods including, but not limited to: phone calls, welcome video recordings, audio recordings, hand written cards and more methods that we explore in future, to provide a world class experience.

🪴 In this role, you can expect to have:

  • 20 fixed hours per week part-time work fully remote within Ireland
  • Average 4-8 hour shifts (Monday 8 hours, Tues-Thurs 4 hours):
    • Mondays: 09am - 6pm (1-hour break)
    • Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays: 10am - 2pm (no breaks)
    • Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays: Off
  • Great conversations all about Butternut dogs and their humans

👋 A bit about you.

  • You take pride in your work and are able to demonstrate great listening skills
  • You are driven by the mission of Butternut Box to deliver health and happiness to dogs and their humans all over the world (but especially in Ireland!)
  • Passionate and patient when helping our customers
  • Knowledge of dog breeds and pet-parent customers is a massive bonus
  • You are in your element when speaking with others on the phone, as well as recording at home video or audio clips to be sent to new and returning customers
  • You understand and are comfortable using cloud-based systems
  • Naturally warm and fun in your interactions
  • You love dogs!!!

📋 Some examples of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Outbound calling new, returning or existing customers to deliver moments of delight by talking to them about their experience, advising them on our range of products and informing them of our proposition and service.
  • Recording and sending at-home branded video or audio messages for our customers to welcome them and inform them of service-specific aspects of Butternut Box.
  • Potential to surprise and delight our customers by sending welcome gifts, handwritten cards or picture postcards to them using your own initiative.
  • Monitoring your own productivity levels as well as performance in LTV (lifetime value) improvement, quality scores and commission earned.
  • Submitting Voice of the Customer workflows to deliver valuable insight and improvement ideas back to the wider business.
  • Helping to deliver our team goals and motivating your colleagues around you.
  • Engaging in our team slack channels and meetings to drive our Customer Love culture forwards, ensuring we maintain inclusivity, fun and care.
