The Team:

You will be part of the Talent Acquisition Transformation Team. The Talent Acquisition team at Celonis is on an exciting journey, transforming our Talent Acquisition processes and systems through innovative recruitment initiatives across the full talent acquisition lifecycle. We're not just recruiters, we're working to change the Talent Acquisition game. The team works closely with different stakeholders like the TA team, hiring managers, and other departments at Celonis. You will be a TA changemaker and help us to take our work to the next level.

The Role:

You will support the Talent Transformation Lead in different initiatives like upgrading our Talent Acquisition processes and programs. Your project expertise ensures the effective end-to-end delivery of strategic Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives, as well as team enablement. With a passion for process improvement and operational excellence, you will support Celonis’ search for future Celonauts.

The work you’ll do:

  • Improve the current recruitment process
  • Help us drive our Employee Referral Program
  • Support recruiters in their day-to-day activities
  • Develop training programs for hiring teams
  • Communicate with external partners about system improvements and future collaborations
  • Coordinate, prepare, and follow up on workshops and team challenges
  • Driving your own projects and supporting the team in ad-hoc projects

The qualifications you need:

  • Student of Business Administration / Psychology / Human Resources / Communications or a related field
  • Pragmatic & results-oriented working style and hands-on problem-solver mentality
  • Passionate about process improvement and project management
  • Think analytically, work very structured and quickly comprehend new topics and complex interrelations to present and explain to our global Talent Acquisition Leadership Team in a reliable and independent manner
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent in English (German is a plus)
  • Have at best already gained experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources (either through a first internship or university project)
