We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our talent acquisition efforts in the Japan and Korea markets under the guidance of the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, APAC. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English and Japanese, a keen interest in human resources, and a desire to learn and grow within the field of talent acquisition.
What can you expect in this role:
- Identify and attract top talent using various sourcing techniques.
- Participate in screening calls under the guidance of Senior Talent Acquisition.
- Assist with the administrative tasks involved in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and preparing hiring documents.
- Provide support for various HR initiatives, including onboarding new hires, organising training sessions, and contributing to HR projects as needed.
- Conduct research on the Japan and Korea job markets to understand current trends and identify opportunities for attracting top talent.
- Ensure effective communication with candidates and hiring teams, providing updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
About You
- Currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English and Japanese is essential. Knowledge of Korean is a plus.
- Strong interest in the field of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
