The Team

UserTesting’s Corporate Marketing team includes corporate marketing, PR and communications events and brand marketing. 

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Field Marketing and Director of Brand Marketing, as the Corporate Marketing intern, we are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, energetic and creative team player with a passion for events, brand, design, marketing, and driving customer experiences.

During your internship, you’ll work on two projects. One with the events team on ideating and planning our Executive 1.1 Meeting Program tied to UserTesting’s annual customer conference, The Human Insight Summit (THiS) 2024. During your time, you will put together personalized email templates, customer database segmentation ideas, generate Calendly links, create meeting schedules and process documents to enable the Revenue team to help us register the target audience. 

The second project you will take on is around helping to up-level our edU program. This is a community-based marketing initiative for the company where we give professors at accredited universities the opportunity to bring our technology into the classroom and allow students to use it for research and testing purposes in concert with a project or assignment they are doing for school.  

Upon completion of your internship, you will get the opportunity to learn about this function and support various projects and assignments across the three disciplines: Communications, Events, and Brand. 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Support Corporate Event Marketing team in managing and executing corporate and client-facing events including our annual customer conference
  • Assist with developing and executing event strategy to meet objectives based on lead generation, customer advocacy, etc. 
  • Assist with managing internal and external event communications (pre, during and post) including social media posts, and email communications
  • Assist with logistics and coordination for offsite events at THiS for specific leadership groups. 
  • Assist with building event processes, templates, and best practices for scalability.
  • Learn new event technologies to support in-person, virtual, and hybrid event programs.

Education and Experience:

  • Marketing, Corporate Events, Brand, Design, Communications, or English majors preferred

At least two years of post-secondary education/ Currently attending University and entering your third or fourth year

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
