To support our development, we are looking for a Global Expert in Talent Acquisition to integrate our global excellence HR Team. 

 Our Recruitment Team 

Teads Recruitment team is composed of 7 peoples distributed between 3 continents, Europe, North America & Asia.This team operates for the whole group to provide quality recruitment strategies & support our 30 countries. As a Head of Talent Acquisition your missions will be to define & implement globally Teads Recruitment strategies by partnering with local Talent Acquisition team members. To define, monitor and analyze KPIs regarding recruitment performance. To scale recruitment excellence through training, automation of workflow, choices of tools etc. 

The overall objective is to respond effectively and proactively to Teads Talent demand needs in the short, medium and long term.You will report to the Teads Chief People Officer and work closely with the leadership, local HR Directors and the talent acquisition team. 

 What will you do? 

  • Talent Acquisition : 
    • Lead a high-performing Global Talent Acquisition team.
    • Develop, lead and implement successful Talent Acquisition strategies.
    • Leading, shaping and elevating the TA strategy to attract, develop and recruit talents.
    • Build and run long term talents pools strategies.
    • Assess, improve & monitor our candidate experience.
    • Engage and inspire the Talent Acquisition team by providing excellent leadership and direction to continue to advance the functions.   Be a role model, a strong mentor/coach, and functional expert.
    • Develop, implement and measure Talent Acquisition strategies for different departments.
    • Successfully deliver hiring objectives relatives to the organization’s vision, long term strategy and annual goals.
    • Partnership with Leadership teams, VP’s , HRBP etc..
    • Influence business decisions with workforce planning and talent needs.
  • Recruitment operations :
    • Definition and setup of KPIs to measure and improve the performance of the TA team.
    • Leverage analytics and tools available to develop and deliver world-class Talent Acquisition standards of excellence, set standards, and measure results.
    • Training of the TA team on data analytics usage.
    • Solve problems and keep the TA engine room running globally across Teads.
    • Supporting the Talent Acquisition team & wider business in improving our recruitment performance by providing & scaling training programs, Hiring Process, recruitment guidelines, TA tools etc..)
    • Assessment, on-boarding and scaling of news & impactful TA tools.
    • Partner with key stakeholders to enable the advancement of global scale of recruitment optimization.
    • Collaborating across Teads to align, scale and promote good practices to recruiters, Hiring Managers & interviewers. 
  • Employer Branding :
    • Lead, shape and scale the TA employer Branding strategy to attract, develop and recruit our talent pools and capacity to recruit.
    • Partnership with local TA, local and Global HRBP to define deploy D&I initiatives.
    • Partnership with local TA to deploy & scale global employer branding strategy locally.
    • Partnership with local TA to deploy school partnership locally.
    • Develop, implement and measure employer Branding strategies for different departments. 

 

What will you bring to the team?

  • 8-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 5 years in Software Engineering field with leadership expertise.
  • Experience leading distributed Talent Acquisition teams, demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and develop a high performing Talent Acquisition Team.
  • Strong project management skills across projects of varying size and scope
  • Strong ability to use data and metrics to assess recruiting effectiveness.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills, for data driven decision making.
  • Comfort with public speaking across all audiences. 
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • This role is located in Paris, London or Montpellier.
