The Operations Business Intelligence team’s mandate is to partner cross-functionally to achieve financial, error and operational targets across HelloFresh ANZ. We aim to steer the business with robust and insights-driven analytics, in order to drive decision-making, maximize value creation, and grow the business for the long-term. 

Reporting into the Operations Analytics Manager, the Business Intelligence Analyst will work alongside a team of Operations BI analysts to provide regular and actionable insights on our Supply Chain Operations performance. An ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoys diving deep into data to identify trends and takeaways. In addition to this, the candidate will champion and role model HelloFresh’s DNA.

You will….

• Lead regular business reviews and analytical deep dives with Operations teams, conducting analysis to better understand performance drivers and steer on prioritization of initiatives.
• Own insights for key performance KPIs, such as error rates, financial and other operational excellence metrics.
• Be confident in querying databases and using analytical tools to proactively conduct deep dives to identify patterns, correlations, and insights in order to continuously understand and improve our operations.
• Build dashboards, reporting and visualizations to enable continuous tracking of performance against planned initiatives and business targets.
• Identify new growth opportunities to scalably grow our operations and drive efficiencies. Provide analytical support on new business cases and ventures where needed.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders in New Zealand, Australia (Product, Growth  and Finance) and internationally.

You have…

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics or a related field
• 2+ years of full-time work experience in analytics or consulting 
• Intermediate proficiency in SQL and Python, with demonstrated experience using these skills in a business context
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel 
• Proficiency in Tableau (or similar analytics platform) is strongly preferred 
• Data-driven, solid analytical and quantitative thinking with a logical approach
• Inherent drive to seek new information, understand trends in data  and explore topics in-depth to identify key performance drivers
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences

Duration: Full-time,permanent position. You must have the right to work in New Zealand.
