About the role...

The Sales Enablement Program Manager will have two main areas of responsibility: 1. facilitating the creation and support of sales enablement programs and training focused on enhancing sales results across HashiCorp’s sales organization. A large focus of this role will involve supporting the on-demand strategy of sales training in conjunction with the goals of the sales teams.  2. Supporting our global sales enablement programs including but not limited to SKO, onboarding, and LMS optimization.

The ideal person in this role will have an instructional design or sales enablement background and experience editing videos, creating training courses, and owning projects. We’re looking for a team-player who brings a "whatever it takes" attitude to succeed and further HashiCorp’s sales enablement team goals. A successful person in this role will be highly coachable, adaptable, and eager to learn.

This role will reside in the Sales Enablement team and will work directly with peers on the enablement team, sales leaders, and SME’s. This position will report to the Director, Sales Enablement.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of the Learning Management System; create trainings from scratch as well as maintain an updated library of relevant content
  • Maintain a framework for the course library in the LMS that can be deployed globally
  • Develop and maintain effective reporting systems to keep management engaged and accountable for sales training
  • Effectively design content and tools to increase our global sales team’s level of knowledge and confidence in serving our customers and the business
  • Own ad hoc projects to help the Worldwide Field Organization (WWFO).

 

Skills and Capabilities

  • 3+ years experience in instructional design or sales enablement
  • BA or BS Degree
  • Experience with project and/or program management
  • Experience in navigating and maintaining organization, development, and deployment of LMS and design software
  • Self-motivated team player able to prioritize and manage projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously
  • Proactive problem-solver who anticipates and addresses problems before they arise and works cross-departmentally to deliver holistic enablement content.
  • Self-learner who can learn to use new technologies with minimal guidance as the role’s tech-stack shifts to meet evolving needs
  • Willingness to travel (when safe) for key projects like SKO
