About the job

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Guide for the Executive Recruiting team who can effortlessly juggle multiple priorities and solve complex problems as they arise. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Executive Recruiters, Executive-level talent, Executive Assistants, and Executive internal stakeholders. Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Own and deliver on all recruiting coordination tasks for the Executive Recruiting team including: scheduling search kick-offs, Precap meetings, HM interviews, Onsite interviews and recap meetings.
  • Ensure that all scheduling requests are activated within a 24 hours SLA.
  • Be a positive addition to the broader Executive Recruiting team; partner closely with Executive Recruiters and Executive Talent Researchers regularly.
  • Communicate and collaborate clearly and consistently with Executive-level talent, Executive Assistants, and Executive internal Stakeholders.
  • Handle requests and take action globally, working across different timezones.
  • Execute a recruiting coordination process with a meticulous attention to detail with strong time management; ensure the delivery of exceptional service quality at all times.
  • Continuously improve and optimize the recruitment coordination process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination or a related field.
  • Proven ability to effectively juggle multiple priorities and solve complex problems proactively.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and ability to stay organized at all times.
  • Demonstrated commitment to meeting deadlines and going above and beyond daily tasks.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple levels.
  • Global mindset and ability to work across timezones.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Understanding of the importance of confidentiality and discretion in executive-level recruitment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.

Location

This role will be remote and based in the US but is not eligible to be hired in California, New York, Washington, New Jersey, Connecticut, or Pennsylvania.

 

Travel

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:

  • Based in Colorado: $27.65-$34.57 an hour
  • This role may be eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and corporate bonus plan. All roles are eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
