About the job

This position is needed to provide premium coordination support, mentor others, and resolve challenges felt by the team. This person will be the first point of escalation for the Talent Guide team in India while contributing to the optimization of our recruiting operations. The right person loves working with people, is highly attentive to detail, enjoys finding solutions and creating efficiencies, and generally makes things happen. 

Our team provides excellent and standardized support across the globe to our prospective candidates while partnering with the Talent Acquisition team looking to live the best candidate experience.

 

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Confidently work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters and local TA leaders to mediate and resolve escalations from the team.
  • Create and deliver exceptional experiences to ensure top notch service for all your stakeholders and our candidates at all times.
  • Update and maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
  • Juggle multiple priorities and solve complex problems as they arise.
  • Be organized with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Get things done in a timely manner while observing our SLAs and supporting the team on doing the same.
  • Think Big around ways to improve our processes and be best in class.
  • Ensure visibility across the global team and work towards establishing and maintaining standardized processes across the globe.
  • Keep track and document actions taken such as resolved requests and events coordinated.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 1+ years months experience in administrative or customer service roles. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer service focused approach.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and solve complex problems as they arise.
  • Ability to work cross functionally and across multiple levels to build and deliver world class customer service.

Desired:

  • Recruitment Coordination experience.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems, particularly Greenhouse. 
  • Experience working in a tech environment.

Location

This role will be remote based in bengaluru, India. Approximately 15% travel is anticipated.
