What you’ll do

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to work in a new team of TPMs at Doctolib. You will develop and execute technical programs across multiple teams and projects, working closely with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of complex technical projects, translating vision into results. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of our organization by driving the effective execution of programs.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Drive complex technical programs across the Doctolib organization to achieve business outcomes
  • Ensure programs have clearly defined goals and deliverables
  • Coordinate delivery of program milestones across multiple teams and ensure dependencies are addressed
  • Maintain up to date view of program progress
  • Communicate effectively with all involved parties to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and status
  • Organize program rituals, including steering committees with executive leadership
  • Identify and address risks promptly to ensure the smooth delivery of your programs
  • Establish and develop relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership and engineering and product leaders to drive alignment and collaboration across teams
  • Support the continuous improvement of the Doctolib team by contributing to improving our ways of working, our tools, and our processes

You could be our next team mate if you: 

  • Have 5+ years of software industry and technical program management experience with a background in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential risks and issues
  • Think critically and objectively; with a solutions oriented approach
  • Are driven and outcome focused and can facilitate organizational change and adapt in a changing environment
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Are business fluent in English 

Now, it would be fantastic if you: 

  • Are experienced in leading programs across tech organization of 500+ people
  • Already worked in and with modularisation initiatives
  • Have knowledge in different database technologies such as Postgres, MongoDB
  • Are fluent in French, German, or Italian
