We are on a steep growth curve and are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern who will assist our recruiting efforts by scheduling interviews, managing ATS and job boards, performing screening calls, and reviewing applications. We need someone who is extremely organized and eager to learn all aspects of the Talent Acquisition function.

This position is open to residents of Lisbon and will work from 1300H to 2100H WET / Lisbon time, to overlap with our North America office. If interested, please send us your most updated CV in English.

Your Responsibilities

  • Interview Coordination: Schedule phone, in-person, and video interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Candidate Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with hiring managers, providing exceptional customer service throughout the recruitment process.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct phone interviews with candidates as needed, evaluating their suitability for open positions.
  • ATS Management: Maintain and update candidate profiles in Teamtailor, our Applicant Tracking System, and troubleshoot user access issues.
  • Job Posting and Management: Publish new job requisitions, manage job postings on various platforms, and ensure accuracy and completeness of job listings.
  • Interview Stewardship: Assist in coordinating the movement and flow of candidates during on-site/remote interviews, ensuring a seamless process.
  • Candidate Communication: Respond promptly to candidate inquiries and emails within Teamtailor, providing timely and informative responses.
  • Reference Checks: Reach out to candidates for references and complete reference checks as required.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Assist with other recruiting-related projects and initiatives as assigned.

Your Qualifications

  • BA or BS Degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience working as a Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Coordinator or within a recruiting team, with familiarity working in an ATS such as TeamTailor, Greenhouse, or Lever.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, especially in a remote capacity for our US team, and manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Demonstrate clear and effective communication abilities, with a knack for articulating ideas and information accurately and persuasively.
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential matters with sensitivity and professionalism.
  • Strong analytical capability, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Prior experience in a PropTech or Startup environment is preferred
