We’re looking for a Senior Talent Development & OD Manager to join the Organizational Development Team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about helping people learn and grow, able to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent organizational skills.This role will report directly to the VP of Organizational Development and will be part of the HR organization. 

So, what will you be doing all day?

Your role as part of the ODteammeans your daily responsibilities may include:

  • Oversee the career taxonomy, including leveling architecture, internal job descriptions, and the competencies framework, as well as career paths to support growth and internal mobility.
  • Manage various talent programs, including performance reviews, and talent and risk assessments.
  • Lead early-career programs, driving them as a growth engine for the company.
  • Build strong relationships with employees, providing support and guidance as a career coach.
  • Organize the annual Similarweb Career Day.
  • Collaborate closely with Managers and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to develop and implement talent strategies within their units.
  • Manage talent data, equipping Similarweb leadership and Senior Managers with insights to drive informed actions.
  • Contribute to the OD team by supporting various L&D and OD programs.

This is the perfect job for someone who:

  • 5 years of experience in organizational development, consulting, or any related field
  • Previous experience in SaaS companies or consulting firms
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders - a true team player! 
  • Curious and eager to learn best practices and grow within the Organizational Development Team 
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and adapt to changes quickly
  • Strong communication skills - Verbal and written
  • BA in Psychology, Sociology, Management, or any relevant field
  • MA/MBA - is a must
  • Native English
